Are Services at Chabad for me?

Of course. Our services are welcoming to everyone, regardless of background or affiliation, Reform, Conservative, Orthodox, or unaffiliated. The environment is warm, friendly, and non-judgmental.

Do I need to become a member to join the Services?

No. There is no membership requirement, and we do not charge for seats. While we appreciate contributions, we don't believe you have to pay to pray.

What kind of Services do you offer?

Our services are meaningful, spiritual, informative, and enjoyable. They are conducted in both Hebrew and English, with page numbers announced throughout. Prayer books include Hebrew, English, and transliteration, allowing everyone to participate comfortably.

Will the Services be long and boring?

Absolutely not. The meaning of many prayers will be explained, and beautiful Jewish melodies will make the services engaging, interactive, and enjoyable.

Do I need to bring a head covering, tallit, or prayer book?

No. We will provide everything you need. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

What kind of program will you provide for my children?

Children will enjoy a special service led by experienced teachers. They will join the adults for the shofar, Torah service, and other highlights. Older children can also choose to remain with their parents or join the Junior Congregation.

Will my children be provided with a snack?

Yes. Snacks will be provided. If your child has allergies or follows a strict diet, please bring a snack and let the teachers know.
